For example, when we learn to breathe in different ways, we can use it to help enhance our current skills. From strengthening the diaphragm to opening our minds for clarity, there is a new facet to our breathing. Opening our minds lets us see what we forget and never realize we can grow on an existing pattern, talent, or skill set—reviewing our current skills and life to find an alternative path that works for our new life creation.
