There are many ways our lives end. Through loss, through choice, through awakening. Either way, a goodbye is required.
I believe angels are a blessing. The concept that something, someone, is out there in the universe. Watching over us so we are never alone.
The unseen but felt energy radiating in synchronistic patterns, only recognized by us - those are the connectors to the stars. To the moon. And the divine.
A brush on our shoulder that seems to say, “I’ve got you,” as you juggle multiple roles simultaneously, to help your child feel safe and loved. To build a life, sometimes more than once.
The guiding forces behind us that push us to fulfill our dreams and complete our destiny.
The inner voice that says it’s okay when your physical body has broken for the last time. No pills, no surgeries needed, just the lifting spirit that pops into your sight as a small flash of yellow light briefly appears.
You’ll know when it’s your time. Stepping back from the spotlight, without another word uttered. There are no big fancy send-offs. Just silence, felt one by one through the calming peace that fills your space.
The memories of cherished moments return, one glance at a time, bringing tears softly rolling on the cheeks of those who knew you. Not from pain or failure. Not from weakness or those absent by design. But from love.

The inner knowing we live on eternally. Through more than memories, but through imprints and the blend of consciousness and unconsciousness. An inner balance that represents true freedom.
So how do we say goodbye when we hear the clock ticking inside?
The eternal strings that tether us from one person to another, from one dimension to another, as the body tries to keep pushing until we hear the whispers.
The quiet words that only an angel can bring.
You are your own angel.
People saw it in you - through you.
In the end, we stay silent and present.
Recognizing kindness is its own miracle.
It changes lives one act at a time.
One day at a time.
So if the tears fall, let them. Then walk forward into your eternal sovereignty.
