When Self Trust Replaces Control
When I reflect on then and now, I see positive changes. It wasn’t immediate; it only returned after the awful. The things that were so long ago, yet here now, making my head spin in wonder. I saw everything good, bad, and otherwise, including projects I worked on. The good done in the family, local community, or anywhere, actually. Dreams of who I would become in the future were also in the mix.
Why?
Why does the entire situation appear through synchronicities? Through memories? It’s the point when past lives, planetary lives, and any other lifetimes merged inside of this one show up. Floating around like pedals on an elegant lake that somehow is right next to a waterfall are two choices. Go the other way or back down the waterfall. It is a deep dive into all experiences that define our character, asking us to question ourselves.
Through expansive, highly detailed reviews, we can discover our true character. For example, my ex used to tell everyone my favorite flower is a rose. No matter how many times I reminded him or corrected him, he didn’t listen to me when I said my favorite flower was a sunflower. Eventually, everyone we knew believed him and stopped giving me sunflower gifts.
With changes brought by external forces, we begin to accept them and stop correcting others; we often lose our dreams. Our creative abilities get stuck or clogged and need a deep cleaning. Pulling out any detail we want gone from who we are today. We can call it the beginning of a new soul’s journey.
Whether new or from years forgotten, the idea wasn’t lost. Seeing a world of beauty and joy has always been in my vision. But so, too, has been the tearing down of everything that was no longer needed.
The reflections that came through accompanied various emotions, one after another. Similar to a child’s ball rolling across my mind, until it stopped. That’s when the leading to what needs focus arrives, front and center. Masked, of course, but easy to uncover lies everything in the ascending soul’s journey.
I used to go non-stop, taking care of each detail. Each night, when I lay down to sleep, I began checking multiple lists in my head, remembering what was left undone and placing it into a new list. My brain would start planning the next day. I didn’t trust that the universe would make sure everything flowed for me, so I must take control.
Today I know, I trust.
And you know what?
It works!
